This one is even simpler than the others, the heavy lifting is done at the beginning, defining the market and clarifying the message. Choosing media, while sometimes confusing, is the easiest of the 3 M’s of Marketing.
It doesn’t make sense to list all the possible media available to the small business owner or entrepreneur – it would go way beyond the word limit for this article. This list is just the beginning, take a few minutes to brainstorm and list other possibilities – ask friends or business associates for ideas – and be creative. Sometimes there is a media that is not being utilized, either by anyone in your industry, or at all, and there may be tremendous opportunity there. (more…)
