Let’s face it: The Internet’s early days are long over. By now you’ve probably come across terms such as Web 2.0, information sharing, social media, and twitter marketing. Don’t let these intimidate you. All these buzz words simply boil down to the simple fact that the internet is for anyone and everyone who has a message to share or a service to offer.
We hear so many outraging statistics about internet trends and how users worldwide are climbing in numbers. For instance, the number of Facebook users over 55 has ballooned to an astounding 512.8% from January to March 2009. {MLM Duplication – Is There Any Truth Behind It?|The Truth Behind MLM Duplication|
MLM duplication is an often talked about subject but far too many people misunderstand it.
Last week I got a really interesting call from a network marketer who had been doing “old school”
network marketing for something like 20 years and was pretty successful at it.
He was even a little irritated when I got on the phone with him. His main argument was that this internet way of doing things was not duplicatable and that it was only something technical wizards were able to perfect.
He felt that unless you were a guru at internet marketing there was no way for you to even get going with it and that there was absolutely no possibility of developing MLM duplication with the process.
Well, lets hit this one right on the head and really talk about MLM duplication and how it applies to your
business, and the industry as a whole.
The first question we need to answer is what exactly is MLM duplication? Growing your downline right?
Wrong! { You see, you can build your downline in a thousand different ways, but lets digg deeper into
what real MLM duplication is.There is a million different ways for you to grow your downline but first lets delve into what MLM duplication is concerned with.
If you have been following old school network marketing principles then you have probably been talking to as many people as possible and waiting for someone to listen to you and believing your script. Do you feel foolish doing this constantly?
Don’t get me wrong. There are many people around the world who have built very successful businesses and huge downlines like this, but they are few in numbers. Most fail miserable when they try this though.
Then why are some successful at it and some are not? Because simply some have the personality for it and some do not. Some people out there just have “the gift of the gab” and are great talkers and good skills of persuasion both over the telephone and in face to face interactions. It may be that they have learnt these skills over the many years in the industry however the majority are born with it. This is definitely not MLM duplication, just skills learnt over time.
It is not MLM duplication or even duplicatable itself. Obviously you cannot duplicate personality traits and simply keeping talking to everyone you meet is no way of filtering flow along to your downline. No matter what you say, each and every person is different, and some will be more successful at it than others when you approach it like that.
Just think for a moment what it would be like if you could talk to 10 people and 1 out of everyone of these 10 wanted you to send them more information. What if this happened every time?
Wouldn’t that be the kind of MLM duplication you’d like your organization?
Now you are asking how is that done? This can happen quite easily if you engage in the use of a system and each and every person that utilizes this system has the same “thing/s” being presented.
How can you do this?
Its easy if you run your business online.
I’ll explain more.
